A new way for timber buildings

Why not rent?

It’s probably the most expensive item a horse owner possesses, yet it is also one of the most vulnerable. Chewed and kicked by its residents, battered by ever stronger storms, stables and field shelters offer endless opportunities for financial loss. Added to that they are often a fixed unit, which can prove difficult to move when you move to new paddocks.

We do things differently. Our buildings are designed to dismantled without damage, allowing us to rent them on a short or long term basis without limit. Should your circumstances change, change your building, or if you decide you want to buy it, we offer a generous depreciation allowance of 1% for every month of rent paid.

A different way

How it works.

We offer this service for up to 100 miles from us at PE32 1JW, so it would be a good idea to check out your distance before making contact. Upon request we will quote on delivery and construction. The delivery price quoted would apply again should you choose to return the building.

Alternatively there is a ‘buy it later’ option which allows you to purchase your building at any point, once you are renting from us. If you choose this option you can acquire a valuation on your building at any point. To purchase you would be quoted this figure less 1% for every month you have been renting. We have listed below the new prices on a number of our more popular sizes. This is the most your building will ever be valued at, however your building may well carry a lower valuation if it is used or some of the parts are used, so please use the list prices as a worst case guide.

To put yourself on the order book we ask for the first month’s rent in advance, this is to be sure everyone on our list is serious and to not extend waiting times unnecessarily. Your second month’s rent doesn’t become due until one month after receipt of the building, so you are always paying for the month ahead (Should you wish to change a payment date with us, to payday or a more convenient time of the month, please let us know, we are always happy to help.). We do recommend you allow yourself plenty of time from ordering your building as the Autumn/Winter season becomes very busy for us and there are always some who leave it too late.

Pentney Alpacas

With every new year we welcome fresh colour into our alpaca herd. With strong grey and appaloosa genetics we have been fortunate enough to produce some exceptional animals and have taken great pleasure in assisting new owners in their discovery of these wonderful creatures, as well as adding a myriad of colour to existing herds.
